‒ → Unscrew fuel manifold from intake manifold.

‒ Pull fuel distributor rail together with injectors off intake manifold and place it on a clean cloth at the back of the engine compartment.
Warning! The fuel system is pressurised! Before opening the system place a cloth around the connection. Then release pressure by carefully loosening the connection.

‒ Pull off retainer and detach injector.
Note:
Replacement of fuel manifold involves detaching fuel hoses.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, when doing this note the following:

● Replace the O-rings at all opened connections. (When Replacing the front O-ring, make sure not to remove the plastic cap from the injector head. The O-ring must be pulled off over the plastic cap.)

● Moisten the O-rings with clean engine oil.

● Make sure that the injectors are installed in the correct positions.

● Check to make sure that the retainer clamps are properly seated.

● Position fuel manifold with secured injectors on intake manifold and press evenly into place.
