Testing change-up and change-down signals
Notes:

◆ These signals, in conjunction with the gearshift signal (ignition timing retardation during gearshift), inform the engine control unit whether a higher gear or a lower gear has been selected (change-up or change-down).

◆ The change-up and change-down signals and the signal wire are monitored by the gearbox control unit.
