Removing and installing control unit for gas discharge lamp
Removing and installing control unit for gas discharge lamp
   
Removing
–  Remove headlight → Chapter.
–  Release retaining clip -2- and detach housing cover -1- from headlight housing.

–  Remove connector -1- for gas-discharge lamp by turning anti-clockwise -arrow-.
  A94-10361
–  Unscrew bolts -arrows-.
–  Detach control unit for gas discharge lamp from headlight housing.
  A94-0313
–  Unplug electrical connector -3- at control unit for gas discharge lamp.
–  Guide connector -1- for gas-discharge lamp out of headlight housing.
–  Remove control unit for gas discharge lamp.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Check seal between control unit for gas discharge lamp and headlight housing.
–  Close housing cover and secure with retaining clip.
–  Install headlight → Anchor.
