Converting headlights for driving on the left or right side of the road
Converting headlights for driving on the left or right side of the road
t  When the car is driven in a country where vehicles travel on the opposite side of the road compared to the home country, masking foil must be applied to both headlights to prevent dazzling by the asymmetric dipped beams.
t  Both headlight lenses must be masked to adapt the headlights from left-hand to right-hand traffic and vice versa.
   
Applying masking foil for headlight (left-side)
–  Thoroughly clean the headlight lens (it must be clean and dry).
–  Remove protective backing from masking foil for headlight.
–  Position the masking foil so the edge of the foil is aligned with the ridges on the headlight lens as shown in the illustration.
–  Press the masking foil onto the headlight lens.
