Removing and installing handset with bracket in centre armrest

  • ‒ Open centre armrest panel.
  • ‒ → Remove handset -1- from cradle -2- and detach connector from handset -3- on hinge of centre armrest panel (for permanent installation only).
  • ‒ Remove the bracket together with the handset cradle -4- in the centre armrest and disconnect the telephone wiring harness connector.

=> General Body Assembly, Interior; Repair group 68; Storage compartments/covers; Removing and installing centre console lift for telephone/mobile phone

Installing:

  • ‒ Installation is performed in the reverse sequence to removal.

Note:

Ensure correct seating of connector.
