t | Removing: |
– | Fold down rear seat backrest. |
Non-folding rear seat backrest: |
– | Remove rear seat backrest → Chapter. |
– | Remove D-pillar trim (left and right) → Chapter. |
– | Remove rear side padding (left and right) → Chapter. |
– | Unplug connector to third brake light. |
Fixed rear seat backrest: |
– | Unfasten third belt at bottom and guide it through. |
Note
The following describes three different removal methods depending on whether a rear shelf without extra fittings, with loudspeaker or with loudspeaker and sun blind is to be removed. The operations then listed under „All models“ apply to all three methods. |
Removal, version 1: Rear shelf without extra fittings |
– | Continue removal procedure as described in „All models“. |
Removal, version 2: Rear shelf with integrated loudspeaker |
– | Take loudspeaker grille -3- out of rear shelf -1-. |
– | Loosen the four bolts -5- between loudspeakers and rear shelf -1-. |
Removal, version 3: Rear shelf with integrated loudspeaker and sun blind |
– | Take loudspeaker grille -3- out of rear shelf -1-. |
– | Loosen the two bolts -5- at front corners of loudspeaker and bolt -5- from underneath. |
– | Loosen the three bolts of sun blind -4- in luggage compartment (from underneath) → Fig.. |
– | Pull out sun blind -4- to front. |
All models: |
– | Pull rear shelf -1- forwards in direction of arrow and disengage at connection strip -2-. |
– | Take out rear shelf -1- upwards and to front. |
t | Installing: |
Install in reverse order of removal according to version. |
