t  In January 2003, the connections between the refrigerant pipes and the various components (condenser, evaporator etc.) were converted from radial/axial sealing to radial sealing (gradual introduction). A further few thousand vehicles were still fitted with the old type of connection in April / May 2003. → Parts List
t  It is only permissible to combine components with the same type of seal and the corresponding O-rings (different versions) → Parts List.
t  Reliable sealing of the joints cannot be ensured if components with different forms of sealing are fitted. → Parts List

t  Component -A- (e.g. condenser) with connection for radial/axial seal
