Installing

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

–	Replace hose clamps at fuel pipes and secure using suitable pliers.

Note

t	The metering pump -A- is secured in position in the holder -D- with the rubber element -B- and the hexagon nut -C-.

t	Fit metering pump -V54- and corresponding fuel pipes such that they do not make contact with other components (noise).

t	The holder -F- is only fitted on front-wheel drive vehicles (for attachment of handbrake cable). → Relevant running gear workshop manual

–	Take care not to twist fuel pipes.

–	Attach fuel pipes at locations provided.
