Removing reversing light switchF4
Removing reversing light switch -F4-
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Torque wrench -V.A.G 1331-
  W00-0427
Removing
–  If fitted, loosen quick-release fasteners -3- and remove rear noise insulation -B-.
  A34-0530
–  Detach connector -arrow- for reversing light switch -F4- at right side of gearbox.
–  Unscrew reversing light switch -F4- from selector shaft cover -arrow-.

Installing
–  Screw reversing light switch -F4--arrow- into selector shaft cover (tightening torque: 20 Nm).
–  Attach connector -arrow- for reversing light switch -F4- on right side of gearbox.

–  Install rear noise insulation -B-.
