  Note
The adaption values in the gearbox control unit should be reset after repairing the valve body (e.g renewing solenoid valves), or renewing the valve body, torque converter or gearbox. This enables the gearbox control unit to relearn these adaption values under normal operating conditions more quickly when it is put back into operation.
The adaption values in the gearbox control unit will be reset in the following cases:
l  If multi-pin connector at gearbox control unit remains disconnected for at least 15 minutes → Chapter
l  If battery remains disconnected for at least 15 minutes → Rep. Gr.27.
