Removing and installing oil cooler

Removing

–	Drain off coolant → Chapter.

–	Remove coolant pipe (top) → Chapter.

–	Remove intake manifold → Chapter.

–	Remove coolant pipe (bottom) → Chapter.

–	Unscrew the bolts -arrows- and remove oil cooler.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Renew O-rings.

–	Install coolant pipe (bottom) → Chapter.

–	Install intake manifold → Chapter.

–	Install coolant pipe (top) → Chapter.

–	Fill cooling system → Anchor.

Tightening torque

Component	Nm
Oil cooler to oil filter housing	15 Nm + 90° → Remark → Remark

¹⁾	Renew bolts.

²⁾	90° equals a 1/4 turn.
