Removing

–	Drain off coolant → Chapter.

–	Remove oil filter bracket → Chapter „Removing and installing oil filter bracket - engine code letters AKE, AYM, BAU, BCZ, BFC“ and → Chapter „Removing and installing oil filter bracket - engine code letters BDG, BDH“.

–	Remove bolts -2- and -3-.

–	Push coolant pipe (right-side) -1- to rear and detach.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Renew gaskets, O-rings and self-locking nuts.

–	Before installing, clean and smoothen sealing surface for O-ring.

–	Lubricate new O-ring with “G12+” and slide onto coolant pipe.

–	Push coolant pipe (right-side) into bores on cylinder block.

–	Install oil filter bracket → Chapter „Removing and installing oil filter bracket - engine code letters AKE, AYM, BAU, BCZ, BFC“ and → Chapter „Removing and installing oil filter bracket - engine code letters BDG, BDH“.

–	Fill cooling system → Anchor.
