Removing air cleaner housing - vehicles with 2.0 ltr. TFSI engine

Procedure

–	Unscrew bolts -arrows-.

–	Detach activated charcoal filter solenoid valve 1 -N80--item 1- at air duct.

–	Remove air duct -2-.

–	Remove air intake hose -1- between turbocharger and air cleaner housing.

–	Unplug electrical connector -2- at air mass meter -G70-.

–	Pull off clip -3- and remove air cleaner housing together with air mass meter -G70-.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

t	Hose flanges and hoses for charge air system must be free from oil and grease before fitting.

t	Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) → Parts catalogue.

–	Install air cleaner housing → Rep. Gr.24.
