Removing and installing impact bar bracket (right-side) > < Removing and installing impact bar

Removing and installing impact bar bracket (left-side)
Removing and installing impact bar bracket (left-side)
   
Removing
–  Remove bumper cover (front) → Chapter.
–  Remove impact bar → Chapter.
–  Remove washer jet for headlight washer system → Rep. gr.92.
–  Mark installation position of bracket relative to lock carrier for re-installation.
–  Remove bolts -arrows-.
–  Unscrew securing bolt -1-.
–  Swivel impact bar bracket -2- on lock carrier outwards and detach it.
Installing
l  Tightening torque → Chapter
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Bolt impact bar bracket into place based on the marking made during removal.
–  Install washer jet for headlight washer system → Rep. gr.92.
–  Install impact bar → Chapter.
–  Install bumper cover (front) → Chapter.
