| 1 - | Roof rail |
| q | Lower headliner → Rep. gr.70. |
| – | Adjuster elements must be inserted in roof and be pre-tensioned slightly in correct installation position. |
| – | Position rail on roof and insert studs into adjusting elements. |
| q | Observe tightening sequence: |
| – | First tighten bolts, then nuts to specified torque. |
| 2 - | Adjuster element |
| q | Insert front adjuster element and both rear adjuster elements into holes provided and push them forwards into installation position. |
| q | Insert remaining adjuster element (2nd element as seen from front) in hole provided and push it towards rear into its installation position. |
| q | Move adjuster elements into contact with outer panel so that they are pre-tensioned slightly (0.3 Nm). |
