Removing
–  Remove backrest cover panel:
t  Two-piece backrest cover panel → Chapter „Removing and installing backrest cover panel“
t  One-piece backrest cover panel → Chapter „Removing and installing backrest cover panel“
–  Move slider -1- downwards as far as it will go -arrow A- to set lumbar support to maximum curvature.
  Note
Ignore -item 2-.
  A72-10529
–  Unplug electrical connector -1-.
–  Carefully swivel backrest fan -2- out of backrest padding -arrow-.

Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
l  Securing lugs on fan housing -1- face upwards and downwards.
l  Route electrical wire -2- in gap in backrest padding -arrow-; it should face outwards towards the side.
–  Make sure spring plates for lumbar support are positioned correctly.
