Removing and installing seat longitudinal adjustment handle
Removing and installing seat longitudinal adjustment handle
  Note
Removal and installation can be carried out with the seat installed.
   
Removing
–  Move head restraint to lowest detent position.
–  Operate seat longitudinal adjustment handle and move seat to rear and upwards as far as it will go.
–  Lever handle -1- off seat longitudinal adjuster -2-; to do so, press down locking spring of retaining clip with a screwdriver.

Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Renew retaining clip at lever for seat longitudinal adjustment (observe correct installation position).
l  Springs -arrows- (2x) of retaining clip -2- must be located on inside of lever -1-.
–  Make sure seat rake adjustment handle engages properly with retaining clip.
