| Fold down rear seat backrest. |

| Equipment version with fixed backrest: Remove head restraints → Chapter. |

| Equipment version with sun blind: Use a screwdriver to unclip trim -1- for sun blind guide and detach. |

| Unclip D-pillar trim -item 2- in direction of -arrow A- using removal wedge -3409-. |
| –
| Pull D-pillar trim out of rear shelf -arrows B- and detach. |

| Take care not to trap curtain airbag when fitting D-pillar trim. |

| Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following: |

| If there are still trim clips in the body mounting points, they must be removed and inserted in the trim when installing. |
| t
| Check the clips for damage or deformation and renew them if necessary. |

| First position D-pillar trim at rear shelf. |
| –
| Press on D-pillar trim until it engages audibly. |
