Removing and installing bracket for ancillaries > < Removing and installing idler roller (left-side) for poly V-belt

Removing and installing vibration damper with poly V-belt pulley
Removing and installing vibration damper with poly V-belt pulley
   
Removing
–  Slacken off bolts -1- on vibration damper (counterhold with ring spanner on nut for poly V-belt pulley for alternator).
–  Remove poly V-belt → Chapter.
–  Remove bolts and detach shim -2- and vibration damper -3- with poly V-belt pulley.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
l  Tightening torque → Chapter „Poly V-belt drive - exploded view“
  Note
Renew shim -2- and bolts -1- for vibration damper.
–  Install poly V-belt → Chapter.
