Removing and installing electronically controlled damping control unitJ250
Removing and installing electronically controlled damping control unit -J250-
Removing
The electronically controlled damping control unit -J250- is located behind the luggage compartment side trim (right-side).
–  Switch off all electrical equipment.
–  Remove ignition key.
–  Remove cover from storage compartment in luggage compartment (right-side).
   
–  Release connector -3- and unplug.
–  Push clips -2- aside and detach electronically controlled damping control unit -J250--1-.
Installing
Installation is performed in reverse sequence; note the following:
–  Re-adapt electronically controlled damping control unit -J250- → Chapter → Vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system VAS 5051.
