Removing and installing roof aerial
The roof aerial, radio, telephone and navigation system aerial -R52- (GPS/GSM/RC/SAT), has a maximum of four connections.
The aerial wires are fitted on the D-pillar (left and right).
To remove radio, telephone and navigation system aerial -R52-, remove D-pillar trims and headliner.
–  Switch off all electrical equipment.
–  Remove ignition key.
Removing
–  Remove D-pillar trim (left and right) → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
–  Remove headliner completely → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70 and lay it down on dash panel.
   
–  Release and unplug connectors -1-, -2- and -3- to aerial wires.
–  Remove aerial wires up to radio, telephone and navigation system aerial -R52--arrows-.
–  Unscrew nut -4-.
–  Lift radio, telephone and navigation system aerial -R52--5- off roof.
Installing
–  Guide in aerial wires through roof opening and carefully fit radio, telephone and navigation system aerial -R52- onto roof.
–  Ensure that seal is seated properly.
–  Install in reverse sequence of removal.
