Voice Activation Module: Service and Repair

Speech Input Control Module

Turn off all electrical consumers.

-

Remove ignition key.

Removing

-

Remove right front seat.

‹› Seat belt on seat frame must not be loosened.

-

Remove right A-pillar trim.

-

Fold back the floor mat.

-

Unlock the cover on the electronics box - arrows - and remove the cover.

-

Disconnect connector - 2 - on Speech Input Control Module (J507) - 1 -.

-

Remove the Speech Input Control Module (J507) - 1 - from the electronics box.

Installing

-

Install in reverse order.
