SVM Update Instructions

1. Follow all instructions in the attached TSB 2011732 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.
2. Update the headlight range control module (J431) using the SVM action code as listed in the table below necessary.

Once the software flash is complete, two DTCs will be stored in the headlight range control module: DTC 01042 (Control Module not coded) and
DTC 01539 (Headlights Not Set, none or incorrect basic setting/adaptation). The procedures to code the headlight range control module and
perform the basic setting on the headlights are automatically loaded into the GFF System Test Plan.

3. Using GFF, perform the procedure to code the headlight range control module.
4. Using GFF, perform the procedure for the basic setting of the headlights.

Warranty

All warranty claims submitted for payment must be in accordance with the Audi Warranty Policies and Procedures Manual. Claims are subject to review
or audit by Audi Warranty.
