3. If the SVM software flash above does not resolve the concern:

a. Use Guided Fault Finding (GFF) to access instrument cluster J285 through address word 17. Read out the values in Measured Value Blocks 7 and 8
in the instrument cluster.

b. Please create a ticket using the Technical Assistance Center System in ElsaWeb.
