Remove circlip from triple roller joint/drive axle.
1 - Circlip pliers (normal commercial type)

If boot is damaged, remove it using scissors or similar. Otherwise carefully push it back.

Insert drive axle in press.

Hold drive axle, then press triple roller joint off drive axle.
Make sure rollers are free when pressing off.

Remove triple roller joint with rollers and place on a clean surface.

-

Pull joint body off drive axle.

-

Pull boot off drive axle.

-

Clean drive axle, joint body and groove for oil seal.

Push joint boot onto drive axle.

-

Slide joint body onto drive axle.

Installing triple roller spider

Chamfer on star faces toward shaft and is used as an assembly aid.

-

Install triple roller star onto shaft according to markings and drive onto stop.
A second mechanic is required to push boot back.
