Drill out the guides - 1 - and - 3 - for the DVD player using a 12 mm drill dia..

CAUTION!
Danger of destroying the backrest cover and cushion.

‹› The guides are held in the backrest frame by the retaining tabs -  arrows -.

‹› When removing, drill out only up to dimension - a - = 35 mm.

Remove backrest panel:

‹› Two section backrest cover. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover, Version 1 ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Manual Standard Front

Seats. 

‹› One section backrest cover. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover, Version 2 ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Manual Standard Front

Seats.

Remove headrests. 

‹› => [ Headrests with Locking Mechanism ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Manual Standard Front Seats.

‹› => [ Power Headrests ] See: Service and Repair/Overhaul/Power Standard Front Seat with or without Memory Function.

Remove the front seat backrest. Refer to => [ Front Backrest ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Manual Standard Front Seats.

Disengage the lower clamping profile - 5 - and -  6 - on the backrest frame trim - 4 -.
