4 - Drive Plate
‹› Attached to compressor input shaft
‹› With overload safeguard, triggers when torque is too-high (e.g. compressor produces friction) and driveshaft runs freely without driving the
compressor.
‹› Tightening specification 30 Nm
‹› Removing and installing, refer to => [ Drive Plate with Roller Bearings ] See: Service and Repair
5 - Rubber Element
‹› Decouples drive unit, dampens vibrations and noises.
‹› When installing, coat rubber element lightly e.g. using soapy water (as sliding compound).

6 - Spacer
‹› The original disc must be installed.
‹› Dimensions: 17.5 x 10 x 3 mm
7 - Circlip
‹› Replace
‹› Install on proper side (level side to compressor)

8 - Drive Plate
‹› With roller bearing.

‹› Clean compressor flange before sliding on drive plate.

‹› Different versions may be installed, depending on engine version and country version of vehicle.
