Removing

Vehicles with MMI Basic equipment:

Remove the center console cover. 

Vehicles with MMI comfort equipment:

-

Remove the multimedia control head (E380)

All Vehicles

-

Release the retaining clips - arrows - using a 2 mm wire - 2 -.

-

Press the access/start authorization button ( E408) - 1 - out of the multimedia control head (E380) - 3 -.

‹› The illustration shows the multimedia control head instead (E380).

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

Vehicles with MMI Basic equipment:

-

Install the center console cover.

Vehicles with MMI comfort equipment:

-

Install the multimedia control head (E380)
