Both flaps are moved independently from each other by the curved washer and actuator lever attached on the positioning motor.

Defroster flap

Both flaps are moved together via lever and coupling elements that are attached on the outside of the air distribution housing.

Central flap 1

Due to the shape of both outer flaps, with the center flap closed air can flow to the right and left vents.

Both central flaps are moved independently from each other by the curved washer and actuator lever attached on the positioning motor.

Temperature flaps 2

One flap for driver's side and one for passenger side.

The temperature flaps 2 are activated by temperature flaps 1 via coupling elements that are installed in the air distribution housing.
