Tighten bolts -1- (2x) to a tightening torque of 7 Nm.

Switch ignition on.

WARNING:  No person may be inside the vehicle when connecting the battery.

See Cautions for connecting Telematics battery

Connect battery Ground (GND) strap.

Tightening torque 50 Nm

NOTE:

Observe safety precautions after connecting the battery.

If Airbag Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) -K75- signals a malfunction after installation, DTC memory must be interrogated, erased and once
again interrogated using VAS 5051 tester.
