II: Instruction for the Audi A8:

1. The sunroof cover should be in lifting or sliding position. Turn the knob to the closed position and release the pulling function immediately. Pull

the switch constantly.

2. Release the switch from the pulling function after the sunroof drive clicks (at rear), and immediately pull again until a clattering noise comes from

the deflector motor (at the front).

3. While the deflector motor is still clattering, release the switch and pull and hold again straight away (pulling function). After the clattering stops,

the programming run starts with a delay of up to 15 seconds.

4. Hold the pulling switch till the sunroof has moved to all the relevant positions (sliding position fully open and closed, lifting position fully open

and closed) and the resistance values are saved.

5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 three times.

6. Check the function.

Tip  Perform these steps when the battery is fully charged or when the engine is running.

The initialization and the programming run are now complete, and the sunroof can operated normally.
