Rear Door Trim, Removing And Installing

Door trim

-

Removal:
-

Unclip decorative panel - 2 -.

-

Remove decorative panel - 2 - toward front.

-

Remove bolts - 3 - (3x) from door trim - 1 -.

Vehicles with electrical window regulators:
-

Power window switch, removing and installing.

Vehicles with manual window crank:
-

Remove and install manual window crank.

For all vehicles:
-

Unclip door trim - 1 -.

-

Replace damaged clips.

-

Raise door trim - 1 - upward approx. 20 cm out from door shell.

-

Disengage release for interior door mechanism.

-

Disconnect electrical harness connectors.

-

Remove rear door trim.

-

Installing:
Installation is reverse of removal. Observe the following when doing so:
When installing, speed nuts - 8 - (4x) for expanding nuts - 7 - (4x) must be clipped in.
When installing, door trim must be pressed in center toward door shell.
When installing manual window crank, note its position.
