Removing and installing coarse oil separator
Removing and installing coarse oil separator
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Support bracket -10 - 222 A-
Removing
–  Support engine → Chapter.
  W00-0225
–  Open hose clips -arrows- and detach air hose.
–  Remove front left wheel.
–  Remove noise insulation → Rep. gr.66.
–  Remove left wheel housing liner → Rep. gr.66.

–  Unscrew bolt -1- for engine mounting (left-side).
–  Remove engine support (left-side).

–  Unscrew bolts -1 ... 9- and remove coarse oil separator.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Tightening sequence for coarse oil separator → Fig.
l  Tightening torques → Chapter „Assembly mountings - exploded view“
