Removing and installing exhaust manifold
Removing and installing exhaust manifold
Removing
–  Remove turbocharger → Chapter.
   
–  Remove heat shield at exhaust manifold -arrows-.
  A21-0190
–  Remove nuts -arrows- for exhaust manifold.
–  Remove exhaust manifold.
Installing
Install in reverse order. Note the following:
Tightening torques → Chapter „Exhaust manifold - exploded view“
Tightening torques → Chapter „Turbocharger - exploded view“
  Note
Renew gaskets and self-locking nuts.
–  Install turbocharger → Chapter.
