Installing roof rail

Roof Rail

-

Adjusting elements must be slid into roof and lie in installation position.

-

Place railing on roof and threaded pins through adjusting elements. 

-

 Observe nut tightening sequence and tighten from inside towards outside to 10 Nm.

Adjusting element

‹› Insert front adjusting element into hole provided and slide forward into installation position.

‹› Insert rear adjusting element into hole provided and slide back into installation position.

‹› Position adjusting element so that it makes contact, with light pre-tension of 0.3 Nm.

Hex nut

‹› Observe tightening sequence from inside towards outside.

‹› 10 Nm
