Torque Support, Removing and Installing

Torque support, removing and installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Drip tray for workshop crane VAS 6208

Removing

-

Drain coolant.

-

Remove bolts - arrows - for torque support.

-

Place drip tray for workshop crane VAS 6208 under engine.

-

Remove bolts - arrows -.

-

Remove front coolant pipe from engine and from coolant pump.

-

Remove torque support.

Installing

Tightening torques see Coolant pipes, assembly overview.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Replace bolts which have been tightened to torque.

Replace O-rings.
