Install chain tensioner and tighten bolts - 2 -.

Press drive chain tensioner guide rail in direction of - arrow - and remove Locking Pin (T40071) from chain tensioner.

Install power take-off drive chain => [ Power Take-Off Drive Chain ] See: Cylinder Block Assembly/Accessory Drive/Service and Repair/Power
Take-Off Drive Chain.

Install camshaft timing chains => [ Installing ] See: Camshaft Timing Chain.

Install lower timing chain cover => [ Timing Chain Lower Cover ] See: Timing Cover/Service and Repair/Timing Chain Lower Cover.

Install crankshaft seal, transmission side => [ Crankshaft Sealing Ring, Transmission Side, Replacing ] See: Seals and Gaskets/Crankshaft Main
Bearing Seal/Service and Repair/Crankshaft Sealing Ring, Transmission Side, Replacing.

Install oil filter housing => [ Oil Filter Housing ] See: Engine Lubrication/Oil Filter Housing/Service and Repair/Oil Filter Housing.

Install intake manifold.

Install left and right timing chain covers => [ Installing ] See: Timing Cover/Service and Repair/Timing Chain Covers.

Install cylinder head covers: Left => [ Left Cylinder Head Cover ] See: Cylinder Head Assembly/Valve Cover/Service and Repair/Left Cylinder
Head Cover, right => [ Right Cylinder Head Cover ] See: Cylinder Head Assembly/Valve Cover/Service and Repair/Right Cylinder Head Cover.

Install drive plate => [ Drive Plate ] See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Flex Plate/Service and Repair/Drive Plate.

Install automatic transmission.

Add engine oil and check oil level => [ Engine Oil Level, Checking ] See: Engine Lubrication/Testing and Inspection.
