Assembly Overview

Rear window

Distance - a - to upper window edge = 2 mm

-

Distance - b - to side window edge = 2 mm, align if necessary.

Adhesive sealing material

Spacing to window edge along circumference 16 mm

Bead cross section

-

Bead width = 8 m ± 2 mm

-

Bead height = 12 mm ± 3 mm

Cover profile
-

No replacement part.

Spacer
-

Note different heights for standard glass and tinted glass.

Adhere spacer onto markings at lower window edge.

Adhesive stop profile
-

Adhere next to vertical rear window defrosting strips.

-

Place inner edge of adhesive stop profile to outer edge of distributing wire for rear window heater and press on.
