Headlamp Washer Pump

Removing

-

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

-

Remove left front wheel.

-

Remove left front wheel housing liner. 

-

Place a reservoir under the washer fluid reservoir.

-

Disconnect the electrical connector - 3 -.

-

Release the clips - 2 - in - direction of arrow - and remove the washer fluid line - 1 - from the Headlamp Washer Pump (V11).

-

Remove the Headlamp Washer Pump (V11) -  item 4 - upward out of the washer fluid reservoir.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

-

Check the sealing grommet - 5 - for damage.

-

Install left front wheel house liner.
