Hydraulic Brake Booster: Service and Repair
1. Remove master cylinder. Refer to Hydraulic System/Master Cylinder, Brakes.
2. Disconnect hydraulic lines from booster/servo.
3. Remove brake booster/servo attaching bolts.
4. Disconnect booster pushrod from brake pedal.
5. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Adjust push rod length to 9.04 - 9.08 inches from face of booster/servo unit to center of clevis hole.
b. Torque booster mounting bolts to 18 ft. lbs.
