Utility Storage Compartment: Service and Repair
Glove Compartment Cover Brake
Glove Compartment Cover Brake
Removing
-
Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.
-
Remove glove compartment => [ Glove Compartment ].
-
Disconnect the connector - 3 -.
-
Remove hinge pins - 1 -.
-
Release lid dampening mechanism - 2 - counterclockwise - arrow - and remove.
Installing
Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

Install glove compartment.
