Condition
Rattling noises come from the rear underfloor area when closing the doors.
Technical Background
The heat shield of the rear exhaust system can cause rattling noises when the doors are closed.
Production Solution
Improved installation at the supplier.
Service
Locate the contact points and fix the problem by bending the heat shield.
