Pry off cap - 3 -.

Remove bolt - 2 -.

Pull intermediate piece - 1 - up and out.

Tightening torque: 3.5 Nm (31 in lb)

Self-locking

Always replace

Always clean threaded holes for bolts (e.g. using a tap)

For loose (threaded) inserts, tighten inserts using pliers.
