Condition

When performing the self-diagnosis in the Gateway installation list under navigation (37), the entry Malfunction is shown. But when reading the fault
memory of the navigation control unit, no fault entry is stored.

Technical Background

Modified software in the navigation control unit.

Production Solution

Changed algorithm for the EEPROM components in the navigation control unit.

Service

As there is no customer complaint and no fault entry in the navigation control unit, ignore this entry.
