Navigation Module: Service and Repair

The control module is located in the left storage compartment in the luggage compartment.

Removing

-

Open left storage compartment in luggage compartment.

-

Unscrew the four securing screws (arrows).

-

Disconnect the electrical harness connector and the antenna wire at the rear of the control module.

-

Remove the control module -1-.

WARNING!
Never use screws other than the original screws for securing the control module, as this could destroy the control module.

Installing

-

Install in reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

When installing:

-

The control module for navigation and installation frame must be installed together in horizontal position and free from vibration to avoid
system trouble.

-

In addition, air circulation must be ensured, meaning that ventilation slots of the control module may not be covered while installing.

-

When replacing the control module, make sure to send in the completed form for navigation system complaint with the faulty component.
