Note:

Only key 5051 display screens needed in the following procedure are illustrated here. Follow all text prompts as indicated on each VAS 5051 screen.

From Start-up screen, select "Guided Functions".

-

Navigate through menus selecting the appropriate brand, model/model year.

Select the forward arrow > on navigation bar.

On vehicles with CD changer on the left side of glove box:

-

Select "OE - Media player position 1, CD-changer" -black arrow-.

On vehicles with CD changer on the right side of glove box:

-

Select "1E - Media player position 2, CD-changer" -white arrow-.

Note:

The remainder of this technical bulletin will use "OE - Media play position 1, CD-changer as an example.

Highlight "R41-CD Changer Unit position 1, adaptation (Rep. Gr. 91 )"

Select the forward arrow > on navigation bar.
