Remove license plate holder

-

To remove, remove bolts - 2 - and pull license plate holder - 1 - out of radiator grille downward and at an angle.

ACC cover, removing and installing

-

License plate holder removed.

-

When removing, radiator grille must not be removed.

-

Guide a small screwdriver in through both drillings on radiator grille - arrows - and disengage retaining springs - arrow - on cover.

-

Fold out cover at top in - direction of arrow - toward front out of radiator grille.

-

When installing, insert cover on dome first at bottom, then engage completely into radiator grille at top.

-

Reinstall license plate holder.

Removing side impact molding

-

Before removing, cover the bumper cover above and below side impact molding with fabric - reinforced adhesive tape to protect paint from
damage.

-

Disengage catches over side impact molding - 2 - in steps, starting from outside.

-

Slide trim strip - 1 - sideways against side impact molding and remove.
