Center Armrest Gas-filled Strut, Removing And Installing

Removing

-

Remove center armrest.

-

Starting at bottom - arrow -, remove cover panel - 1 - off padding - 2 -.

-

Remove cover panel.

-

Press down retainer tabs - 1 -.

-

At same time, press mount - 2 - in direction of - arrow - until lugs of mount are disengaged from guides of padding - 3 -.

-

Remove bracket with mount from padding.

-

Remove off lock washer - 6 -.

-

Remove pin - 7 -. Use mandrel if necessary.

-

Remove bolts - 4 - (2x).

-

Remove gas-filled strut - 5 -.
