Press backrest adjustment button - 2 - upward and move head restraint - 1 - as far upward as possible

Pull out head restraint - 1 -.
Installing

Install head restraint - 1 - in reverse order to removal.

For electric head restraint with memory: To rematch head restraint limit stop, move head restraint once as far down and as far up as possible.
