Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Procedures

Vibration damper, removing and installing

Removing

Lock carrier must be pulled out to the front.

^

Ribbed belt must be removed.

Loosen 8 securing bolts -1- and remove vibration damper from crankshaft.

Installing 

Install in reverse sequence. Note the following points:

When installing, ensure that notch (arrow) in vibration damper is aligned with locating lug on toothed belt sprocket.
